I initially got this ring but was too small. It was so easy to make an exchange and unfortunately when I got my replacement, as soon as I put it on my finger a little diamond fell off. I was also wanting to get a size up though since it was still pretty snug. I reached out to customer service about this and they sent me a return labels + immediately sent me a larger size. I sent the ring back and got my replacement pretty soon. I am in love with this ring and am super happy with their excellent customer service. I will for sure buy more rings here since they have beautiful rings

I LOVE this ring! I got the rainbow labradorite in rose gold. The setting is unique. And the craftsmanship is well done. I am happy with other pieces of jewelry that I’ve ordered from ByCila and will order again.

Ring fits true to size and I love the copper turquoise stone and the overlapping bands. It gives it a very unique boho look. It goes well with other turquoise jewelry I already had and the earrings I’d also purchased from this same seller. Would definitely order from here again.

I am so happy I stumbled on the ByCila website! I spent hours trying to narrow down my overflowing shopping cart. One of the items I ordered was an Initial Letter Alphabet "M" necklace for my granddaughter's upcoming birthday. I couldn't be happier. I love this necklace. I have purchased a few other pieces of jewelry from this business and love everything I have received. I bought the necklace for myself and wear it all of the time because you can dress it up or dress it down and it goes with everything. I love it so much, I bought a second one for a friend's birthday present. Beautiful jewelry and priced so reasonably. I will definitely want to buy more pieces.
