Returns & Exchange Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund on any full-priced or sale items, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of purchase along with the original proof of purchase. We recommend trying items on as soon as they arrive to ensure they meet the return timeframe.
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt and inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as processing times can vary.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
