Return Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

 

Start a Return or Exchange

To begin your return or exchange, please visit our Online Returns & Exchanges Portal and follow the instructions provided.

Please do not send items back without first submitting your request through the portal.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, we'll ship your replacement as soon as possible. If it is unavailable, we'll contact you to discuss alternative options.

Delivery times for exchanged items will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the item.

We'll work with you to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund whenever appropriate.

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
