Processing Times

Standard orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Personalized or made-to-order items require 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination. Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Please note that shipping estimates do not include processing time.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, including for returned or refused packages.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or tariffs imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
